Return and Refund Policy

At North Bloom Flower Studio, we are committed to excellence in every stem we deliver. We understand that working with nature requires high standards, and your satisfaction is the foundation of our studio.

Because we work with flowers that are highly sensitive to their environment, we do not follow a standard retail return policy.

Our goal is to ensure you receive a perfect bouquet, which is why we offer a 24-hour freshness guarantee to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.


24-Hour Quality Guarantee

If your flowers do not meet our quality standards or wither within 24 hours of delivery, North Bloom Flower Studio will provide a replacement or a refund.

  • The Condition: To process a refund, North Bloom Flower Studio will collect the original flowers from you. This allows us to inspect the product and maintain our quality control.
  • How to Claim: Contact us at hello@northbloomstudio.com within 24 hours. Please include a photo of the arrangement and your order number.

Care and Responsibility

Flowers are delicate and depend on their environment. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the specific instructions provided on the North Bloom Flower Studio Care Card. Proper hydration and temperature control are essential; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for flowers that were not cared for according to our guidelines.

Delivery Issues

Please check your bouquet as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or notice damage, notify North Bloom Flower Studio within 2 hours of delivery so we can make it right immediately.

Exclusions

North Bloom Flower Studio cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Flowers that were not cared for or were left without water.
  • Custom orders and gift cards.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will schedule a time to pick up the flowers. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once the flowers are back with us. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
